CUSTOMER CARE

At Eva Coles, we value and regard our customers highly. Our number one aim is to always ensure a positive customer experience. It is essential that we have terms & conditions which are detailed below and by reading them you agree to them. We reserve the right to make changes terms & conditions at any time.

Customer privacy is respected at all times. We never share information with third parties. In the order process, it is necessary for us to collect personal information such as name, address, phone number/ email and payment details. We also may communicate with you for purchase enquiries. 
 

THE ORDER PROCESS

Once you have placed your order, it will be packaged and sent to the address stated by yourself during your purchase. Can you please check the address is correct before making payment as we can not accept any mistakes made. 
It may take up to 10 working days to complete and process your order, but please note we aim to do process as quickly as possible. 

For collection orders, please make sure you give the correct contact details so we are able to contact you when it is ready to collect, once it is ready,  we will give you the appropriate details for collection. We also offer free local delivery to postcodes: SS15, SS8, SS16, SS14. For local delivery, at the checkout please leave delivery details- address & contact details so we can contact you when it is ready for delivery. 

We use different postal service providers including Hermes Tracked & Royal Mail. If you would like tracking for your parcel, please enter your email at the checkout.

 

WHOLESALE INQUIRES
